Yangsheng Holistic Health Coaching
Holistic healthcare involves treating the body, mind, and emotions as one interconnected system rather than separate entities. This concept is deeply aligned with the ancient Chinese tradition of yangsheng, or "nourishing life."
What these systems have in common is the core belief that individual symptoms arise as indicators of a deeper issue and cannot be effectively addressed without considering the root cause. They also place great importance on diet and lifestyle and treat every person as an individual, recognising that the same symptoms may have different root causes in different people.
In my yangsheng holistic health coaching sessions, I combine East Asian wisdom with modern, evidence-based practices to offer my clients the best of both worlds. You can expect an in-depth assessment of your current and past medical conditions, family history, lifestyle, and more. I will then provide you with caring support that is carefully tailored to your unique personal needs.
Holistic health coaching can provide many benefits, including:
A safe, non-judgmental space to tell your story - and feel truly heard
A focus on creating general wellness as well as managing symptoms
Better understanding your health using paradigms from around the world
Connecting the dots between various symptoms or complaints
Signposting to relevant services and healthcare professionals in your area
Sourcing research studies and helping to make sense of them if necessary
