Holistic Health Coaching

Holistic healthcare involves treating the body, mind, and emotions as one interconnected system rather than separate entities.

At its core is the belief that individual symptoms arise as indicators of a deeper issue and cannot be effectively addressed without considering the root cause. It also places great importance on treating every person as an individual and recognising that the same symptoms may have different root causes in different people.

As such, holistic health coaching requires an in-depth assessment of an individual's current and past medical conditions, family history, lifestyle and more. In my consultations, I combine elements of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis with active listening techniques and will provide you with caring support that is carefully tailored to your unique personal needs.

I am not a doctor and do not offer my clients medical advice. However, holistic health coaching can provide many benefits that your doctor may not, including:

How long is a session?

The first session lasts approximately 90 minutes and includes taking a detailed medical history along with any current concerns. Follow-ups usually last 50-60 minutes.

Why choose holistic health coaching?

Holistic health coaching is suitable for anyone aged 16 and over who wishes to improve their health and well-being or receive support for specific issues.

How much does it cost?

The first session is £105, and follow-ups are £80. This includes a pdf summary of everything we discussed in the session for your personal records.

How many sessions will I need?

It's up to you! Many people find that a single session is enough to get them on the right track, whereas others prefer to have ongoing support, either with regular follow-ups or as required.
