Holistic Menopause Coaching

Menopause represents a time of significant change and can present a range of physical, mental, and emotional challenges. However, the idea that menopause is a condition to be managed medically is a relatively new one.

The changes that occur throughout the menopausal period are natural, and by welcoming them with open arms, it may be possible to make the transition far smoother. This belief is at the heart of my holistic menopause coaching, which combines elements of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis with the latest research into lifestyle and nutritional factors that could help you maintain optimal health during and after menopause.

I provide you with an opportunity to discuss any specific concerns you may have regarding menopause and offer caring support that is carefully tailored to your unique personal needs.

I am not a doctor and do not offer my clients medical advice. However, holistic menopause coaching can provide many benefits that your doctor may not, including:

  • A safe, non-judgmental space to discuss menopause - and feel truly heard

  • A focus on creating general wellness as well as managing symptoms

  • Understanding menopause using various paradigms from around the world

  • Understanding how menopause may interact with preexisting conditions

  • Signposting to relevant services and healthcare professionals in your area

  • Sourcing research studies and helping to make sense of them if necessary
